About the role

Strategy & Operations Manager to accelerate expansion of in-person behavioral healthcare, leading scale of in-person psychiatry services, building an office safety and suitability program, and owning cross-functional operational initiatives in a remote-first company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to scale in-person psychiatry services and build a robust office safety and suitability program.
  • Serve as the operational lead and subject matter expert for in-person psychiatry.
  • Partner with supply teams to establish provider acquisition channels, design compelling value propositions, craft demand generation strategies, and maintain regulatory compliance across target markets.
  • Take ownership of new high-impact initiatives as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, chief-of-staff or analytical roles at a top-tier consulting firm, high-growth technology company, or two-sided marketplace
  • 2+ years of experience leading and executing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, including hands on experience querying data (e.g., Looker, Hex) and building complex financial or operational models in Google Sheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for a remote environment, with a proven ability to synthesize complex analyses into crisp summaries ("So what?") and tailor to audience (from core team to executives)
  • Strategy development experience; the ability to define a business problem and turn possible solutions into actionable plans
