About the role

Senior healthcare sales leadership role leading a field team of Account Executives to establish referral partnerships with medical practices across the Western United States, driving integration of behavioral health into primary care and achieving patient access to care. Remote-first role with ~50% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives who work inside medical practices across the Western United States to convert provider interest into referral partnerships.
  • Coach the field team to ensure signed practices become active and raise the standard for patient access to behavioral health care.
  • Drive provider behavior change beyond agreement and equip providers with tools to integrate behavioral health within primary care.
  • Manage field activity metrics (visits, meetings, demos) and revenue outcomes; handle remote distributed team with asynchronous coaching and virtual pipeline reviews.
  • Partner with Director of Provider Group Sales and contribute to core company growth in behavioral health integration.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of field sales experience selling to outpatient medical practices with success across solo, small group, and mid-market settings, including multi-stakeholder buying involving physicians, office managers, and administrators
  • 3+ years of direct people management with at least 3 direct reports in field sales; hands-on accountability for field activity metrics and revenue outcomes; comfortable managing a distributed remote team
  • Proven ability to drive provider behavior change beyond agreement
  • Hands-on experience with in-person sales tactics in clinical settings (lunch and learns, cold walk-ins, scheduled office visits, ride-alongs)
  • Must reside in a state within the Pacific or Mountain time zone with ability to travel ~50%+ within territory for field visits and activation support
