Customer Experience Representative to support patients and advocates via phone, email, and chat; gather feedback to improve the customer experience and Solace platform; assist new clients during first experiences and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the Solace systems, tools, and technology to provide great support
  • Use provided resources to deliver world-class customer service to clients and advocates
  • Gather and track feedback to improve customer experience and the platform
  • Build strong relationships with clients and advocates, ensuring they feel heard and understood
  • Take action based on feedback by reporting issues and sharing detailed notes
  • Resolve inquiries to complete satisfaction via phone, email, and chat

Qualifications

  • Empathy and ability to handle tough conversations across channels
  • Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills; quick learner in dynamic environments
  • Troubleshooting mindset with ability to guide users through basic browser/phone issues
  • Creative problem-solver; team player who can execute independently when needed
  • Comfort with giving and receiving feedback
  • Commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for all users
  • Enjoys engaging with people from diverse backgrounds to ensure access to healthcare
  • Ability to form quick rapport and resolve complex issues under pressure
  • Flexibility to jump in and assist with various tasks and report friction with solutions
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, get-it-done attitude
