About the role

French-speaking Mid-Market Account Executive based in Montreal or Quebec City, focusing on expanding Elastic's presence in mid-market accounts in the region with emphasis on AI-powered search solutions and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions within new Mid-Market accounts and deepen engagement with existing accounts
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor, assisting users and customers in harnessing Elastic's search analytics to transform their data into actionable insights
  • Champion Open Source offerings, articulating value and capabilities of advanced commercial features
  • Identify and develop new use cases, showcasing Elastic’s solutions to enable more efficient and intelligent work
  • Collaborate with Elastic business functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities with customers, navigating complex sales cycles
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan leveraging community, customer, and partner ecosystems to drive growth within territory

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and based in (or willing to relocate to) Montreal or Quebec City
  • Proven SaaS subscription sales track record with quota overachievement and strong customer references
  • In-depth understanding and experience in selling Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud solutions
  • Adept at building relationships with developers and executives
  • Strong sales forecasting skills using SFDC
  • Enthusiasm for Open Source and community support of Elastic solutions
  • Prior experience selling into the territory accounts
