About the role

Senior Partnerships Manager responsible for building and scaling Parloa's partner ecosystem in Eastern Europe, shaping regional strategy and driving partner-driven growth from market entry to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Recruitment and Growth: Identify, sign, and grow leading service partners across Eastern Europe, using existing network to speed up market entry
  • Joint Business Planning: Build shared business plans with partners and convert them into co-selling, referral, and implementation wins
  • Partner Go-to-Market: Lead joint marketing and sales efforts with partners to bring Parloa's AI solutions to market
  • Partner Performance: Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to track progress against goals and accelerate partner-driven growth
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to keep partner priorities, messaging, and goals aligned

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances within SaaS, contact center, or AI companies
  • Proven track record of entering new markets and building partner programs from scratch
  • Deep, existing network of partners and enterprise decision-makers across Eastern Europe
  • Strong credibility with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, with ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
  • Professional fluency in German and English; any Eastern European language is a strong plus
  • Based in Germany (ideally Berlin or Munich) is a plus
