About the role

Lead strategy and output for Owner.com’s short-form content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and emerging shorts platforms to drive reach, brand affinity, and growth for Owner’s media presence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the short-form content strategy and oversee execution across all key platforms.
  • Pioneer and scale new formats and production capacity across written, graphic, and video posts on shorts platforms
  • Hire, manage, and develop pods of producers, editors, and strategists for each platform to scale high-quality output at a high volume.
  • Maintain a high culture of experimentation and performance to keep our content standards extremely high.
  • Gather and use data to inform creative direction, test formats, and iterate quickly.
  • Help shape how millions experience Owner’s brand and Adam Guild’s voice online.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience growing short-form content across multiple platforms
  • Exceptional design eye for graphics and typography
  • Strong editing and motion-graphics skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc).
  • Deep understanding of platform best practices and native storytelling formats
  • Comfort balancing creative instincts with performance data
  • Exceptional organizational skills and bias for clear systems and documentation
  • Curiosity around AI-driven tools, automation, and new media workflows
  • Spreadsheet or analytics fluency to track and visualize performance.
