About the role

Full-Stack Engineer role at Beast Industries (MrBeast brand) focused on building AI-first CX, safety, and moderation tooling for a high-scale platform. Responsibilities

  • Build and ship CX, fraud, and safety tooling across the full stack using AI coding tools, contributing to velocity that accelerates a small team.
  • Take ownership of features end to end, from development through deployment, using AI-facilitated QA processes and tooling to maintain high engineering quality.
  • Write clean, reliable, and performant code with accountability for production impact on user safety and support experience.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates and supervisor to uphold high standards, fast iteration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • AI-Native: daily use of AI coding agents to move faster.
  • Full Stack Engineer: 2+ years of hands-on experience building consumer-facing products across frontend and backend, comfortable moving between client and server.
  • Trust & Safety Minded: interest in building tools that protect users, with ability to translate evolving safety/compliance requirements into data models and systems.
  • Ownership Mindset: ships features with reliability in production and takes responsibility for production issues.
  • Strong fundamentals with hands-on experience in at least one backend language (Node.js, Go, Java, Python, or equivalent) and one frontend framework.
