About the role

Content Writer role focused on turning customer outcomes, executive narratives, product launches, and complex AI/insurance ideas into industry-focused content. Responsible for developing customer stories, launch narratives, adapting content across formats, managing editorial process, and protecting Pace's voice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer stories: Interview customers and internal teams, create case studies, profiles, videos, and proof of Pace's impact.
  • Write launch narratives: Create product announcements, launch blog posts, website copy, and supporting content for technical products.
  • Extend every strong idea: Adapt long-form work into social content, email, sales collateral, event programming, and other formats without losing clarity.
  • Own the editorial process: Build a practical calendar, manage reviews, coordinate contributors, and streamline idea-to-publication workflow.
  • Protect Pace's voice: Maintain a clear, credible, and distinctive standard across everything published.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in content, customer marketing, integrated marketing, journalism, communications, or other writing-intensive roles.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating clarity, range, judgment, and narrative ability.
  • Experience interviewing customers, executives, and technical experts; strong follow-up questioning and attention to credible details.
  • Ability to translate complex technical/industry ideas without jargon or flattening.
  • Comfort with starting from messy transcripts or rough notes and creating structured content.
