About the role

Pace is seeking its first Product Marketing Lead to shape positioning, launch new capabilities, and equip the GTM team to win with large insurers.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging: Turn complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives for insurance executives, operations leaders, and engineering teams.
  • Lead product launches: Build the launch strategy and run execution across messaging, content, enablement, channels, and internal readiness.
  • Bring the market into the roadmap: Develop a sharp point of view on buyers, category, competitors, and market—and influence product and GTM priorities.
  • Equip the GTM team to win: Create pitch narratives, objection handling, demos, collateral, and other tools grounded in real pipeline needs.
  • Build the product marketing function: Establish operating rhythms, standards, and measurement for PMM, then recruit and develop a world-class team as Pace grows.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience across product marketing, product management, growth, consulting or venture capital.
  • Ability to engage in pipeline discussions and diagnose sales needs from product marketing.
  • Technical aptitude with ability to build trust with product and engineering leadership and contribute strategically to roadmap discussions.
  • Strong communication skills in writing narratives, decks, and presenting to leadership.
