About the role

Account Executive role focused on selling Tsuga’s observability AI solutions to mid-market and enterprise accounts in LATAM, with remote work based in the São Paulo area and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts, using MEDDIC methodology.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Travel for events & trade shows and regularly meet with our prospects and clients.
  • Partner with FDEs to deliver technical demos and POCs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and support lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems.
  • Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on observability practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in observability, DevOps, or infrastructure tooling background.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a technical sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and challenges around application performance monitoring.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
