About the role

Frontend-focused software engineer role owning the end-to-end onboarding flow (KYC/KYB) for AiPrise's global compliance platform. Build and maintain onboarding screens and camera/ID capture features across Web, Flutter, and React Native SDKs, ensuring performance and a great user experience across devices and networks.

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve onboarding screens for individuals (KYC) and businesses (KYB)
  • Build camera features like ID capture, selfie and liveness, and ensure reliability on iPhone and Android
  • Maintain and improve Web, Flutter and React Native SDKs so onboarding flow feels native in customer apps
  • Keep the flow fast and stable on low-end devices and slow networks
  • Use data to identify where users drop off and improve flows
  • Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
  • Debug production issues and own them until resolved
  • Collaborate with product, design and backend engineers
  • Take on backend work (Python) when a feature requires it

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of building and shipping web products in production
  • Strong JavaScript, TypeScript and React experience, including performance and state management
  • Good HTML and CSS with mobile-first, responsive layouts
  • Understanding of how mobile browsers work (camera access, permissions, cross-browser issues)
  • Solid problem-solving and DSA fundamentals
  • Proven ability to own features end-to-end from unclear requirements to production
  • User experience mindset to ensure smooth user flows
