About the role

Strategic Projects Lead on the Frontier Data team responsible for delivering datasets and environments to leading AI labs. Owns intake, scoping, process setup, execution, review, and shipment of data products with emphasis on quality, capacity planning, and collaboration with researchers and engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery from intake through execution, review, and final shipment.
  • Build processes that ensure quality is visible, measurable, and consistently enforced.
  • Interface with researchers and engineers at leading AI labs to shape data products.
  • Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years
  • Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.
  • Outstanding organization, judgement, and communication skills.
  • Nice to have: exposure to data labeling, annotation operations, evaluations, or ML training data pipelines.
