About the role

Growth Lead at Roboflow Labs focusing on the supply side of a data-annotation network, recruiting and managing expert contributors for frontier models and AI training data.

Responsibilities

  • Own the contributor funnel end to end: awareness, application, screening, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
  • Build acquisition channels: convert Roboflow's registered developers into contributors, run paid and organic campaigns, build referral loops, and partner with universities, professional communities, and specialist job boards.
  • Stand up expert cohorts on demand: recruit cohorts against deadlines and accelerate delivery timelines.
  • Set and benchmark compensation: maintain live competitive pay insights and optimize rates to meet margin goals.
  • Protect the network: screening, fraud prevention, identity verification, and contributor experience to scale quality and trust.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years in growth, marketplace supply, community, or talent acquisition roles with measurable funnel ownership
  • Direct experience growing a distributed workforce: contributor, driver, host, freelancer, tutor, or annotator networks; experience at a human-data or AI training-data company is a strong plus
  • Real curiosity about frontier model training and the importance of expert human data; ability to speak fluently with practitioners in the field
  • Nice to have: familiarity with computer vision, robotics, or developer communities, or prior contribution to a data platform
