About the role

Role on Frontier Data team owning the delivery engine behind datasets and environments shipped to leading AI labs; end-to-end ownership from intake to final shipment, with collaboration from researchers, engineers, and automation of repeatable tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery from intake through execution, review, and final shipment.
  • Build processes that ensure quality is visible, measurable, and consistently enforced.
  • Interface with researchers and engineers at leading AI labs to shape data products.
  • Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years
  • Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.
  • Exceptional organization, judgement
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Nice to have exposure to data labeling, annotation operations, evaluations, or ML training data pipelines.
