About the role

Senior product-focused engineer role at Roboflow, responsible for owning end-to-end product surfaces from idea to impact, shipping features, and shaping roadmap in a fully distributed, US-friendly remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own entire product surfaces from idea to impact; advocate for highest priority projects and contribute to strategy decisions.
  • Ship end-to-end features for the core product (end-to-end pipeline for building computer vision projects from image ingestion to annotation, training, and deployment) and occasionally integrate marketing/sales tools, automate internal processes, or contribute to open source projects.
  • Define user-centric details (loading/empty states, button copy, reducing friction) and ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Lead roadmap discussions, collaborate with engineers and users, and drive project prioritization rather than executing a fixed plan.
  • Work on example projects such as redesigning flows, next-generation model-assisted labeling, onboarding improvements, annotation tooling enhancements (e.g., polygonal annotations for image segmentation), and integration with external APIs.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Lead and engineering team to deliver impactful product outcomes.
  • Engage in deeper integrations with Roboflow products like Roboflow Universe and REST API.
