About the role
Role leading Industrial Relations and Global HR Policy, focusing on employee relations, labor law compliance, and policy development across Indonesia and international regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global HR policies, ensuring compliance with international and Indonesian labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, including dispute resolution, with a focus on Indonesia
- Advise leadership on labor relations strategies tailored to international and Indonesian contexts.
- Monitor global and Indonesian labor trends to proactively update policies.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance across international regions and Indonesia.
- Facilitate training on labor policies, emphasizing Indonesian employment regulations.
- Oversee grievance procedures to maintain a positive work environment in global and Indonesian operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial relations or global HR policy, with specific expertise in Indonesian labor laws.
- In-depth knowledge of international (Singapore, India, China) and must in depth in Indonesian labor regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, particularly in Indonesia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-regional collaboration (English)
- Ability to translate complex global and Indonesian regulations into actionable policies.
- Experience in a global corporate environment with a focus on Indonesian operations.
