About the role

Human Resources (HR) Manager responsible for a wide range of HR functions including employee relations and talent acquisition in a fast-paced hospitality/entertainment environment; hands-on role focused on supporting guest-experience delivery and Level99 branding.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, active sourcing, and onboarding; collaborate with hiring managers on hiring strategies.
  • Employee Relations: Act as trusted advisor on HR policies, procedures, and best practices; address and resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Support goal-setting, reviews, and professional development plans; guide managers on performance management and employee development.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in payroll using UKG; administer benefits programs (health, retirement, etc.).
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude and inspire others.
  • Working on special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience with hospitality industry exposure
  • Experience with recruitment and active sourcing
  • Experience with employee relations in service industry
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills; attention to detail
  • Ability to promote positive, fair, and ethical relations as Level99 brand ambassador
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs; ability to travel periodically for staffing and operations across multiple venues
  • Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and safe driving record
