About the role

Senior technical adviser focused on Cloudflare One, partnering with sales to architect and demonstrate SASE solutions, guiding complex evaluations and enabling customer adoption of Cloudflare as a core IT/security component. Requires AI tool usage in daily work and fluency in Russian and/or Hebrew (English optional).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them architect the optimal solution for their business needs using the Cloudflare One product suite.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI-era security challenges by developing expertise in governance and security of AI tool adoption, including Shadow AI visibility, DLP for AI applications, MCP server access controls and Agentic AI Governance.
  • Guide qualified prospects through solution design and proof-of-value stages, effectively demonstrating capabilities and value of the Cloudflare One portfolio.
  • Collaborate with sales partners to consistently achieve pipeline generation and revenue goals.
  • Analyze customer IT landscapes and security requirements to develop robust architectures that support strategic objectives.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and technical differentiators of Cloudflare One against competitors.
  • Enhance customer retention by communicating product gaps or feature requests to internal product/engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams by sharing customer insights, trends, and gaps to shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Sales, Solutions/Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • Active adoption of AI tools in day-to-day workflows and knowledge of AI security concepts relevant to enterprises: securing employee AI tool usage, governing AI application access, and data leakage risks from generative AI tools.
  • Experience presenting technical solutions and communicating value of network and security transformation to senior executives.
  • Deep understanding of modern cybersecurity landscape and mitigation strategies.
  • Fundamental knowledge of customer network and application architectures, including hybrid environments leveraging Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Solid grasp of SASE concepts and Zero Trust networking architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with SWG, CASB, DLP, DNS security (DNS over HTTPS), IdP integration (SAML, OTP), and SIEM/log analytics.
