About the role

Senior Global Practice Leader for Cloudflare's Developer Platform, leading a global practice of practitioners to realize customer business outcomes through Cloudflare’s developer platform, with hybrid Australia (Sydney) location and travel as described.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a product manager of professional services specifically for our Developer Platform
  • Prioritizes and executes on building offerings based on alignment with strategic vision.
  • Review information gathered by PS Leaders and other Practice Leaders to understand offering value propositions.
  • Execute on building PS offerings based on direction from Leadership.
  • Builds sales collateral, scoping guidelines, project plans, delivery kits/accelerators.
  • Lead effort to create and maintain selling and delivery enablement.
  • Create fixed outcome service offerings that are in-line with quick wins.
  • Focus on a-la-carte add-on services and packaged services targeting different customer profiles (Mid-Market, Enterprise, Digital Natives, Verticals).
  • Demonstrate good communication skills across the PS organization and with GTM leaders for the Developer Platform product portfolio.
  • Own and launch internal and external marketing campaigns (blogs, videos, webinars, enablement, presentations) about new or improved offerings.
  • Drive the team’s understanding of Cloudflare’s Developer platform and capabilities, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in professional services, practice architecture or leadership roles, or a developer-oriented customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the professional services landscape, including internal and partner-provided services.
  • Strong understanding of development platforms and frameworks and translating business challenges into a developer platform solution.
  • Ability to prototype solutions for customers and guide migration from prototype to robust applications.
  • Experience educating staff on leveraging developer platform capabilities within their practice (Zero Trust Networking and Application services).
  • Excellent prior experience as Product Manager, Practice Manager or Architect.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience defining, developing, and executing training strategies, operations and action plans.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences; strong communication and influence with executives and teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with CDN, DDoS protection, WAF, load balancing, and related client solutions; CI/CD pipelines and development tools.
  • Experience with Jira and Salesforce (or similar CRM) is a plus.
