About the role

Senior Product Manager at 9fin, a fast-growing AI-powered platform for global debt markets. Focused on product strategy, discovery, and delivering measurable impact within a collaborative Data, Design, Product & Engineering (DDEP) organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Collaboratively create and champion a clear product vision and strategy for your area.
  • Problem definition & structured thinking: Synthesise insights to craft a clear problem statement with root cause analysis.
  • Discovery: Identify and use methods to understand user interaction, workflows, and tool adoption.
  • Impact driven: Align the team around key outcomes and prioritise initiatives across multiple dimensions.
  • Measuring success: Identify and track metrics to measure client and business benefit; manage continuous model evaluation and improvement.
  • Team Success: Create a collaborative environment for your squad with clear goals and context.
  • Communication: Effectively convey strategy, initiatives, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Influence: Build relationships to empower the squad and influence stakeholders outside the team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Gather input from stakeholders to ensure informed representation of the product team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech or B2B SaaS, with interest in AI.
  • Keen interest in AI and willingness to work with technical teams to translate goals into requirements.
  • Analytical & strategic thinker with ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Collaborative leader with empathetic leadership style, strong prioritisation, and stakeholder management.
