About the role

Associate Data Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) - UK (Remote). Role within the Finance team focusing on data provisioning, reporting, and analytics to support multiple departments and drive data-driven decisions during a growth phase.

Responsibilities

  • Design and monitor robust systems for business analysis and data recording, ensuring efficiency and scalability across departments.
  • Offer analytical support to GTM (Go-To-Market) departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to help them achieve their targets and objectives.
  • Enforce data governance standards and best practices to maintain data integrity.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and provide data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of SQL. Ideally experience with DBT & Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience in interpreting large data sets and producing concise reports.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for translating complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
