About the role

Senior Project Manager to build and scale a project management function for cross-functional product development and improvement projects, from inception through launch, and provide portfolio visibility and velocity across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Build the Project Management System: Operationalize product development and commercialization processes into a standardized system; establish planning standards; integrate with Notion, Linear, and Slack; train and support leads; continuously improve the system as the company scales.
  • Drive Strategic Projects: Lead complex, cross-functional product development and improvement projects from inception through launch; define plans, owners, milestones, dependencies, and committed dates; identify risks and blockers and drive resolution; increase project velocity and performance against launch commitments.
  • Create Portfolio Visibility: Build portfolio view of project health, priorities, resources, dependencies, and constraints; help teams and leadership understand impact of new projects and changing priorities; improve forecasting and capacity planning; use data to identify opportunities to increase throughput.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • PMP preferred; other relevant project management training or certification considered.
