About the role
Senior Software Engineer to join the nascent Provider Onboarding Engineering team, serving as chief architect of new scope and driving product-based implementations for Provider Onboarding across internal and external-facing users and workflows. Lead product architecture, build scalable systems, mentor engineers, and establish design patterns in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the chief architect of the Provider Onboarding scope across pricing, payments, client panel, and forms.
- Drive product-based implementations that enable new capabilities for Provider Onboarding for both internal and external-facing users and workflows.
- Lead product architecture and operational, process-based solutions; build robust custom tools and leverage industry solutions.
- Mentor other engineers, review architectures, and establish design patterns.
- Drive all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, specing, execution, measuring success, post-launch maintenance.
- Work on highly complex projects with a focus on sustainable results.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of SWE experience
- 1+ years working on Healthcare or equivalent systems
- 1+ years experience helping with a brand new project or team
- Experience working on cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical groups
- Fullstack experience building modern database-backed (SQL/No-SQL) web applications
- Experience with microservice development
- Experience mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns
- Experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, specing, execution, and measuring success, post-launch maintenance
- Experience working on highly complex projects with a focus on achieving sustainable results
