About the role

Senior provider operations role focused on validating data pipelines, performing bulk enrollment updates, maintaining reconciliation workflows across 50+ payer networks, and building/maintaining SOPs and documentation to create a single source of truth for enrollment and roster data.

Responsibilities

  • Validate data pipelines with roster automation lead
  • Execute bulk enrollment record updates
  • Maintain reconciliation workflows across 50+ payer networks
  • Build and maintain operational documentation and SOPs
  • Create real-time visibility into enrollment and roster status
  • Scope operational requirements for new initiatives before execution
  • Ensure organization operates from a single, accurate source of truth and that changes are fully documented and ready

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, data management, provider network operations, or credentialing/enrollment support
  • Ability to analyze operational data, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and implement structured solutions using spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets)
  • Experience manipulating, cleaning, and validating large datasets (1,000+ rows)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and communicate progress and blockers to stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate data findings for technical and non-technical audiences
