About the role

Data-driven, strategically minded Sales Operations role focused on target-setting, customer segmentation, and advanced analytics within Twilio's Strategic Operations pillar of Sales, Operations, and Enablement. Remote-first role with possible ad-hoc in-person engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual and semi-annual target-setting cycles for the global sales organization
  • Present target proposals, growth opportunities, and complex data insights to senior leadership using clear, data-backed narratives
  • Develop and refine the sales customer segmentation model
  • Extract actionable insights from large, complex datasets using advanced analytical and statistical methods to optimize revenue efficiency
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Systems, and HR to align operational metrics with overall corporate strategy
  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards & reporting to track important planning outcomes including target accuracy and territory outcomes

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of combined experience in Strategic Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Analytics within a fast-paced technology environment
  • Proven track record of leading target-setting cycles and planning frameworks for a GTM organization
  • Hands-on expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into strategic, business-focused recommendations for leadership
  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing cross-functional dependencies and scoping requirements
  • Deep understanding of core GTM processes & metrics (productivity, pipeline conversion, forecasting)
