About the role
Neko Health is redefining prevention by delivering data-driven, preventative care. The Candidate Experience Partner owns one hiring area end to end, ensuring smooth interview processes, exceptional candidate experience, and recruiting enablement through automation and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Own one hiring area end to end, managing interview scheduling and in-person interviews.
- Ensure interviews run smoothly and candidate/interviewer experience is excellent both virtually and in person.
- Equip recruiters and interviewers with guidelines, tools and automation to perform their best work.
- Operate as the operational backbone to keep recruiting fast while maintaining candidate experience.
- Become the go-to expert for interview scheduling and in-person interviews for the location.
- Schedule and manage interviews within SLAs across live roles, flagging delays and risks.
- Track candidate experience against KPIs and fix friction in a timely manner.
- Resolve complex escalations independently with lasting fixes.
- Document processes and guidelines for in-person and virtual interviews; brief interviewers.
- Configure jobs, interview plans and forms in Ashby to align with the hiring framework.
- Review candidate experience data, surveys, funnel metrics and feedback to drive improvements.
- Build and maintain automations to reduce manual scheduling work.
Qualifications
- +4 years of hands-on experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, running multi-party scheduling independently.
- Experience using AI and automation tools to improve workflows with sound judgment on output reliability.
- Experience managing complex stakeholders and handling last-minute changes.
- Ability to prioritise across several live roles and resolve escalations within a defined remit.
- Working knowledge of structured hiring, compliance and candidate data privacy.
- Clear, warm written communication and professional in-person presence when representing Neko to candidates.
- Experience with Ashby ATS is preferred.
- Ability to be in the office three days a week and attend hiring events when needed.
