About the role

Growth-focused full-stack software engineer role at AIOS, responsible for building and optimizing funnels, experiments, and growth infrastructure to acquire and convert patients while leveraging AI tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Own Conversion: Own funnels from first click to first purchase, and keep shipping until they convert.
  • Ship Experiments at Pace: Build and run landing page, quiz, eligibility and checkout experiments weekly with a Funnel Conversion Lead and a Web Designer.
  • Convert with Jesse: Build conversational funnels where the AI agent Jesse guides leads to starting treatment.
  • Launch New Markets: Take new funnels from MVP to a converting V1, and accelerate launches.
  • Own the Data: Ensure tracking, attribution and experiment results are reliable for growth decisions.
  • Build the Growth Backend: Develop services, integrations and event pipelines behind the growth stack and internal tools for growth teams.
  • Build to Last: Write clear, tested, observable software reusable across markets.
  • Use AI as a Force Multiplier: Utilize Claude Code, Codex and other AI tools to increase speed and quality.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 1 year working with Growth teams and shipping products used by customers.
  • Full-Stack Engineering: experience across frontend and backend, APIs, services, queues and integrations.
  • Growth Mindset: comfort with growth metrics (CPC, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and decisions based on them.
  • Experimentation: experience with A/B testing, event tracking or attribution systems.
  • Engineering Quality: clear, tested, observable, maintainable software.
  • Ownership & Judgment: proactive context gathering, risk signaling, responsibility for outcomes.
