About the role

Senior leader responsible for owning and elevating performance creative for AIOS’s global growth, leading in-house creative to drive CAC/ROAS through data-driven, emotionally resonant and scalable ad concepts across Meta, Google, and future channels, with expansion into Europe (Germany, Netherlands) and TV formats.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy: Set the creative direction for all performance creative, primarily Meta (~$3M+/month), anchored in performance data.
  • Raise Creative Quality: Close the 8→10/10 gap in the UK, create differentiated ads that reduce CAC and set the bar across all market executions.
  • EU Expansion: Build the localised creative playbooks for Germany, the Netherlands, and other local markets.
  • Own the Ideation Pipeline: Ensure briefs pass the distinctiveness test for new concepts.
  • Build the AI Creative System: Enhance the AI-assisted production stack with tight feedback loops between creative output and performance data.
  • Test & Scale: Lead high-velocity experiments across hooks, formats, angles, and messaging; scale winners.
  • Partner with Performance: Work with Head of Performance and media buying to connect creative output to CAC and ROAS (subscription-first with 300+ concepts per sprint).
  • Oversee TV Creative: Lead development of DRTV and performance creative for TV channels.
  • Lead the Creative Team: Hire and develop a small high-impact team and drive creative excellence.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading performance creative for DTC brands
  • Experience managing £1m+/month ad spend on Meta
  • Creative leader who generates concepts and writes briefs
  • Strong emotional instinct and ability to articulate brand voice
  • Advanced understanding of Meta creative performance factors (hook, hold, clarity, scroll-stopping)
  • Proven leadership of creative teams at scale
  • Systems thinking to create repeatable ideation/production processes
  • Data fluency in interpreting Meta performance metrics
  • AI-native with track record of using AI to augment creative output
  • Structured, forecast-driven approach with weekly reporting
  • Startup mindset with 50+ hours/week, high ownership culture
