About the role

Senior, high-ownership Product Designer role at AIOS Medical, a remote, full-time position focused on designing web and mobile experiences for customer apps and internal tools within a regulated healthcare/AI-driven context.

Responsibilities

  • Design ownership: take ownership of design work across products and run projects independently, from problem definition to shipped solution.
  • Customer apps: design and improve customer-facing web and mobile app experiences (mobile app a major focus).
  • Internal tools & workflows: work on internal products for clinical, ops, enrolment, and CX teams to improve workflow, usability, and efficiency.
  • Complex problem solving: navigate products with real commercial and regulatory constraints.
  • Business & user understanding: articulate problems and rationale behind design decisions.
  • End-to-end project ownership: lead discovery, stakeholder conversations, solution definition, and shipping.
  • Clear communication: defend decisions and communicate thinking effectively.
  • Hands-on leadership: contribute as a senior designer, mentor peers, while remaining hands-on.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years designing digital products across web or mobile (customer-facing apps or internal tooling).
  • Robust portfolio showing real product work with problem, constraints, and impact.
