About the role
Head of Product responsible for end-to-end product leadership at Pocket, driving AI-native product development, integrations, and a superior user experience across hardware, mobile, desktop, and AI ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire product lifecycle from onboarding and activation to daily engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Make interactions with Pocket intuitive, delightful, and genuinely useful.
- Identify friction, improve product quality, and elevate customer experience.
- Define and own product success metrics across activation, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pocket.
- Identify new opportunities enabled by capturing real-world conversations.
- Turn customer insights, emerging AI capabilities, and ambitious ideas into products people love.
- Make difficult prioritization decisions and keep the team focused on what matters most.
- Push the boundaries of AI models and technologies to build AI-powered experiences.
- Explore agents, proactive assistants, personal memory, contextual intelligence, and new product categories.
- Experiment rapidly with emerging AI capabilities and bring best ideas into production.
- Build integrations with tools, platforms, and workflows customers use; turn Pocket into a major source of real-world context for AI applications.
- Own and oversee major product initiatives across the company, collaborating with engineering, design, growth, and operations.
- Drive projects from concept to launch with clear ownership, priorities, and accountability.
- Establish a culture of rapid experimentation and high standards; stay close to customer feedback.
Qualifications
- You've built and shipped exceptional consumer products that people genuinely love.
- Strong product intuition and eye for design and user experience.
- Deeply passionate about AI and actively experiment with new models, tools, and capabilities.
- Think from first principles and challenge conventional product assumptions.
- Ambitious long-term thinking with relentless day-to-day execution.
- Highly analytical; comfortable making decisions using data and intuition.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments with high ownership and low bureaucracy.
- Ability to work directly with engineers and designers, challenge ideas, and drive decisions.
- Care about the smallest product details while understanding the bigger picture.
- Builder at heart, not a process manager.
