About the role

Legal Engineer with a legal background to drive Ivo’s growth by engaging with law firms and in-house legal teams, becoming a trusted advisor on how Ivo’s solutions can enhance their effectiveness and guiding successful implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Being a champion of the product and advocating for Ivo at sales calls, customer onboarding calls, demos, webinars, events and conferences.
  • Lead product demonstrations tailored to the context of various in-house legal teams, validating how Ivo can add value and showcasing relevant features and benefits per use case.
  • Acting as a close and trusted advisor to customers to help them integrate Ivo into their workflows and adopt best-in-class practices for scaling AI in day-to-day work.
  • Implement (and oversee) Playbooks for prospects derived from precedents, templates, and historical agreements.
  • Work closely with engineers to improve outputs of models and with designers to improve UX/UI.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, using legal perspective to help sales, and synthesize feedback for product through a legal lens.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of legal experience, either at a law firm or in-house legal team.
