About the role

Lead end-to-end M&A integrations for Lawhive’s partner firms, owning operational integration and product migration, building scalable playbooks, and driving US expansion with AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end integration of new partner firms onto Lawhive, overseeing operational integration and product migration.
  • Collaborate with M&A Team and cross-functional groups (Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, Operations) to plan and execute go-lives.
  • Develop and implement scalable migration playbooks, processes, and workflows to accelerate future integrations.
  • Spend time onsite with partner firms to understand operations and drive adoption of the platform.
  • Build processes and playbooks that are repeatable and scalable, leveraging AI and automation to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading high-impact, high-volume integrations (end-to-end migrations, implementations)
  • Experience building scalable migration processes and playbooks
  • Track record of successful go-lives with data accuracy and strong user adoption
  • Strong cross-functional project management across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, Operations and external partners
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders and technical teams
  • Proactive, organized and data-driven approach with metrics (time to go-live, post-launch issues, adoption)
  • Hands-on mindset with willingness to travel regularly across the US
  • Bonus: experience implementing/migrating case management platforms; experience with law firms, legal tech or professional services
