About the role

Lead end-to-end M&A integrations for Lawhive’s partner firms, owning operational integration and product migration, while building scalable playbooks and driving US expansion with AI-powered automation.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end integration of new partner firms onto Lawhive (operational integration and product migration).
  • Collaborate with M&A Team and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, Operations) to plan and go-live integrations.
  • Develop and implement scalable migration playbooks, workflows, and processes to accelerate future integrations.
  • Spend time onsite with partner firms to understand operations and drive platform adoption.
  • Create processes and playbooks to make integrations faster, smoother, and repeatable; leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading high-impact, high-volume integrations (complex migrations/implementations end-to-end).
  • Experience building scalable migration processes and improving integration workflows.
  • Track record of successful go-lives with data accuracy and user adoption.
  • Strong cross-functional project management across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, Operations and external partners.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders and technical teams.
  • Proactive, organized, data-driven, able to manage multiple moving parts and measure performance (time to go-live, post-launch issues, adoption).
  • Hands-on mindset with willingness to travel across the US and spend time onsite with partner firms.
