About the role

M&A Integration Lead responsible for end-to-end integration of new partner firms onto Lawhive, overseeing operational integration and product migration, building scalable playbooks, and driving US expansion through AI-enabled automation.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end integration of new partner firms onto Lawhive, overseeing operational integration and product migration from planning to go-live
  • Collaborate with M&A Team and cross-functional groups (Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth transitions
  • Develop and implement scalable migration playbooks, processes, and automation to speed up integrations
  • Spend time onsite with partner firms to understand operations and drive platform adoption
  • Create repeatable integration workflows and playbooks for faster future integrations
  • Travel regularly across the US to support partner integrations and on-site work
  • Help shape and lead a future M&A Integration team and establish standards for operations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading high-impact, high-volume integrations (end-to-end migrations, platform migrations, or implementations)
  • Experience building scalable migration processes, playbooks, or workflows
  • Track record of successful go-lives with data accuracy and strong user adoption
  • Strong cross-functional project management across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, Operations, and external partners
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders and technical teams
  • Proactive, organized, data-driven approach with ability to manage multiple moving parts and measure performance (time to go-live, post-launch issues, adoption)
  • Hands-on mindset with willingness to onsite travel regularly across the US
  • Bonus: experience implementing/migrating case management platforms; experience with law firms, legal technology, or professional services
