About the role

Analyst Relations role responsible for building Cognition's program with major market research firms, guiding how analysts hear and communicate Devin, and translating analyst insights into business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and boutique AI/Software Engineering firms.
  • Build the annual calendar of briefings, inquiries, and prep the team to communicate a strategic narrative.
  • Run end-to-end submissions for major evaluations: the strategy/story, questionnaire, demo, and follow-ups. Coordinate across product, engineering, and marketing.
  • Own the customer reference pipeline for evaluations. Recruit, prep, and systematize reference customers.
  • Ensure analyst insights are fed back into the business and into Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

  • Long-term interest in analyst relations. Experience owning a Magic Quadrant submission, including the RFI, briefing, reference program, end-to-end.
  • Ability to draft RFIs and craft answers based on internal technical documentation.
  • Experience in product marketing, or comms, or GTM of technical products. Ability to explain Devin deeply and facilitate cross-functional communication.
  • Executive presence and prep. Ability to prep internal stakeholders for briefings with minimal time.
  • Project management. Ability to keep initiatives on track without direction.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to tailor to audiences.
