About the role

Internship program focused on advancing generative media research, including GenAI efficiency, personalization, 3D/4D generation, visual-language models, and large-scale data/inference frameworks. 13-16 week office-based internship in 2027 with a preference for graduate students (PhD preferred) and a “default together” in-person work approach.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with world class researchers and engineers in your area of expertise
  • Develop state of the art technology that will impact our products
  • Work toward publishing and/or patenting your research

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a graduate program (PhD preferred) in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Graduating no sooner than May 2027
  • Experience conducting academic research and applying technical concepts to real-world problems
  • Strong academic performance in technical coursework
  • Clear vision for how research initiatives could contribute to future innovation at Snap
  • Must be able to work in office for a 13-16 week internship in 2027
