About the role

Corporate Communications Manager responsible for executing Delinea's communications strategy across EMEA and APAC, with hands-on media relations, executive communications, content creation, internal communications, and social media. Based in London or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • External communications & media relations: support PR campaigns across EMEA and APAC, draft/edit/coordinate press releases and media materials, maintain journalist relationships, track coverage and reports, manage regional agency partners, align PR with regional objectives.
  • Executive & thought leadership support: develop executive platforms, draft thought leadership content (blogs, op-eds, speeches, social posts), support event participation (webinars, panels, keynotes), research trends for opportunities.
  • Internal communications: support All Hands, newsletters, intranet updates; collaborate with HR/IT to create engaging internal content.
  • Content creation & management: draft/edit Q&As, FAQs, messaging frameworks; develop cybersecurity thought leadership assets (whitepapers, customer stories, strategic reports); manage content calendars.
  • Crisis communications: assist in preparing and executing response plans, develop holding statements and internal/external messaging.
  • Measurement & reporting: track KPIs and provide insights for strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or PR with exposure to EMEA or APAC markets, preferably in technology or cybersecurity.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex technical information.
  • Proven media relations success with established relationships.
  • Familiarity with digital communications tools (e.g., media monitoring platforms, CMS, Slack, Asana, Sprout).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative mindset.
