About the role

Detail-oriented staff accountant to maintain accurate financial records, strengthen accounting processes, and support timely financial reporting for Onebrief.

Responsibilities

  • Work on daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare accurate financial statements and reports
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, and financial compliance
  • Maintain accurate data across accounting systems, improve processes, and partner with teams across the business

Qualifications

  • 2 years of accounting experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting principles
  • Experience supporting monthly and quarterly close processes and preparing financial reports
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive information with sound judgment and integrity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
