About the role

Onebrief is hiring an Outcome Engineer to join its Engineering team in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on building an AI Engineering Platform, multi-agent orchestration, automated governance, and agentic systems to move from backlogs to infinite execution. It emphasizes hands-on product building, collaboration, and experimentation in a distributed, remote-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

  • Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design orchestration layers enabling multiple specialized agents to collaborate, debate, and execute complex tasks reliably.
  • Implement Automated Governance: Create guardrails and policy engines for autonomous systems to operate safely at speed.
  • Engineer Context and Memory: Build semantic infrastructure (knowledge graphs, vector stores) for deep, structural understanding of codebase and business intent.
  • Build Rigorous Evaluation Frameworks: Develop testing harnesses for deterministic validation of agentic outputs using formal specs and automated metrics.
  • Design Self-Healing Loops: Connect observability data to agent actions for autonomous remediation.
  • Prototype and Deploy: Rapidly prototype agentic tools and deploy to production for internal teams and customers.
  • Experiment and Learn: Continuously experiment with models, orchestration techniques, and validation methods.

Qualifications

  • Strong software engineering skills with diverse backgrounds are welcome.
  • Ability to automate and build product-oriented tools, platforms, and force multipliers.
  • Interest in applying AI to production systems, multi-agent coordination, and emergent behavior.
