About the role
Presales engineer role focused on ideation, creation, and delivery of agentic AI solutions within Intelligence Center X (ICX) for enterprise customers, combining ontology modeling, agentic AI, and data engineering to deliver working demonstrations and business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead ideation and creation of ICX engagements for customers.
- Model business problems and data landscapes as an enterprise ontology.
- Build agents and machine learning solutions that reason over enterprise data and act on it.
- Deliver a working agentic application with a compelling business case for customer investment.
- Collaborate with sales teams and strategic partners.
- Report to the ICX Engineering Manager for the Americas.
- Translate customer problems into measurable value through agentic AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Hands-on with agentic AI and ontology; ability to build working prototypes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and rapid delivery.
- Strong focus on business value and customer interaction.
