About the role

Lead strategic enterprise agentic AI engagements for Intelligence Center X (ICX), designing enterprise ontologies, agents and machine learning solutions, and delivering agentic applications that demonstrate value to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the most complex engagements — first-of-a-kind and hands-on, often combining ICX with Siemens' wider industrial software portfolio.
  • Set the standard for how ICX is positioned and implemented, through reference architectures, patterns and value cases the field builds from.
  • Help shape the ICX roadmap — align roadmap and implementation, carry use cases and requirements back into product, and identify opportunities for ICX R&D with lighthouse customers on new use cases.
  • Engage executives and strategic partners — build and defend the business case with senior customer stakeholders, mobilize Siemens leadership, and lead strategic partnerships with GSIs, ISVs and hyperscalers.

Qualifications

  • You are an experienced architect who is hands-on with agentic AI and ontology.
  • You lead at the executive level and can mobilize a large organization to unblock deal teams.
  • You build for reuse with patterns that outlive engagements.
  • You are entrepreneurial and move at startup pace to find a route to an outcome with large global customers.
