About the role

The Services Sales Manager (SSM) drives the sizing and commercial proposition of Cloudflare's Professional Services, tailoring services to customer requirements and enabling sales teams to close with credibility. Based in Sydney, the role collaborates across Sales, Delivery, and Global Practices to define outcomes-based services and grow the professional services business.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to clearly define Cloudflare's differentiated approach to GTM services. Showcase delivery capabilities, IP, and expertise through success stories.
  • Gather, understand and define customer-specific requirements and expectations for value-based outcomes in workshop-based scenarios
  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Global Practices to construct solution proposals and Statements of Work to satisfy customer scope and outcome-based services
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to drive business growth for Cloudflare Services in the aligned territory

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in service sales preferably with delivery experience, working within an IT or Cyber Security services organization
  • Self–motivated and detail–oriented
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Experience in discovery/scope definition workshops with cross-functional internal and customer resources to prepare current state/future state roadmaps and services proposals
  • Experience of working across multiple regions
  • Cybersecurity experience preferred
  • Experience with SFDC or similar CRM tools
  • Cloudflare Platform experience will be an extra asset
