About the role
Equip Health is seeking a driven and disciplined Business Development Representative to join the Patient Acquisition team. The role focuses on discovering and building relationships with providers to acquire patient referrals to Equip in a remote, fast-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with regional Clinical Partnerships Representatives to schedule a high volume of qualified meetings that drive referral growth.
- Conduct initial discovery calls with prospective referring providers and clinical practice staff.
- Identify and source new leads from target provider organizations via email, phone, and multi-channel sales approaches.
- Hand off qualified leads and discovery insights to assigned representatives to drive pipeline growth.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, provider interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Entry-level; 1+ years sales/success experience preferred, ideally within healthcare.
