About the role

Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) responsible for contributing to account sales, service, and support activities for Oncology products, with focus on patient adherence, optimizing clinical workflows, and fostering relationships to enable patient retention and unit growth within existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain & support existing customers
  • Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
  • Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients stay on protocol prescribed by the Oncologist.
  • Assess needs of medical professionals and staff with focus on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem solving
  • Become experts on all Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize field effectiveness
  • Educate medical professionals on tools and resources to facilitate test order management
  • Utilize and maintain internal KPI reports related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume
  • Be a key team player within the sales organization, partnering with internal stakeholders to achieve best outcomes for patient and provider

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background in oncology or a minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience
