About the role

Role focused on in-person recruiting logistics and candidate experience at Databricks, serving as the primary onsite contact for candidates in Seattle/Bellevue with collaboration across Recruiters, Sourcers, and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

  • In person in Seattle/Bellevue offices, 5 days a week
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal) to ensure candidates feel supported throughout their journey
  • Build relationships and trust with the broader Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders
  • Manage physical logistics and in person candidate experience, maintaining an active day-of presence to oversee candidate greetings, manage room changes, and perform live troubleshooting
  • Coordinate interviews, prioritizing high-touch, time-sensitive scheduling needs, and hiring experience
  • Contribute to and identify data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance our recruitment processes and candidate experience programs
