About the role

Senior Technical Program Manager of Critical Infrastructure Delivery at Microsoft CO+I Engineering, delivering complex bare metal network infrastructure projects in datacenter and operational environments, with cross-functional coordination, field deployments, and security-focused execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hardware engineering to design technical solutions deployable in the field and identify risks with data-driven mitigations.
  • Define success criteria and establish relationships for implementing field deployments for complex cross-functional projects; coordinate and ensure alignment across organizations.
  • Deliver roadmaps for multiple bare metal field delivery pillars; track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plans, and ensure governance-friendly reporting data.
  • Lead teams to partner with other departments to collect performance metrics, drive customer support, and lead direct field engagements.
  • Manage relationships and expectations with various business stakeholders across CO+I.
  • Create and contribute to processes, procedures, and tools to drive continuous improvements in execution.
  • Participate in regular and annual planning strategies, including budget and contract execution for current and future scope commitments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
