About the role

Technical Program Manager of Critical Infrastructure Delivery responsible for delivering complex bare metal network infrastructure projects in datacenters and secure environments, partnering across hardware engineering and cross-functional teams, and driving field deployments, metrics, governance, and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hardware Engineering to design technical solutions deployable in the field and identify risks with data-driven mitigations
  • Define success criteria and create relationships for implementing field deployments for complex cross-functional projects; coordinate and ensure alignment across organizations
  • Deliver on roadmaps for multiple bare metal field delivery pillars; track project schedules; develop staging and implementation plans; ensure reporting data supports governance programs
  • Lead teams to partner with other departments to collect performance metrics, drive customer support, and lead direct field engagements
  • Manage relationships and expectations with various business stakeholders across CO+I
  • Create and contribute to processes, procedures, and tools to drive continuous improvements in execution
  • Participate in regular and annual planning strategies, including budget, contract execution that encompasses current and future scope commitments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • 1+ year experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • 1+ year experience with cyber security concepts and driving projects that improve security outcomes
  • 1+ year experience delivering technology in an industrial environment
