About the role
FP&A – Clinic Operations Lead for US clinic network, owning financial planning and business control, partnering with clinic and market leaders to drive cost discipline and margin performance.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly management reporting and variance commentary for the US clinic portfolio
- Lead cost centre follow-up and control for all US clinics, ensuring actuals are understood and deviations are addressed in a timely manner.
- Own the US clinic P&L — through to Gross Margin.
- Act as the primary Finance business partner for US clinic managers and operational leaders.
- Support the annual budgeting and target-setting process for US clinic cost centres.
- Partner with the Expansion team on the financial evaluation of new US clinic openings.
- Track regional support costs
- Support external audit and reporting coordination for US entities.
- Identify opportunities to improve clinic-level financial processes and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinic Operations, People, and the wider FP&A and Finance team to ensure accurate reporting of US clinic activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or accounting, ideally with exposure to multi-site or clinic/retail operations.
- Experience with cost centre management, variance analysis, and business partnering.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Business Central or a similar ERP is a plus.
- Comfortable partnering with non-finance stakeholders across a distributed, multi-site network.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to speed up reporting, analysis, and process improvement.
- Based in, or willing to work core hours aligned with, US clinic operations.
- Curious, structured, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
