Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve agent-based systems that process real patient data with high reliability and safety.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and non-engineers to fix bugs autonomously through an agent-driven workflow.
  • Contribute to building infrastructure to support autonomous agent actions, including evaluation, context, and guardrails.
  • Ship meaningful work with minimal manual coding as the product matures.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Expertise in Python, Django, and React.
  • Strong backend fundamentals with scalable, robust systems design.
  • Previous experience at an early-stage startup is a plus.
  • Genuine belief in agentic tools as the future of software development.
