About the role

Senior-level engineer role focused on translating customer needs into working prototypes and platform improvements in healthcare scheduling. You will engage directly with customers, prototype quickly, influence product roadmap, and deploy solutions end-to-end with a fast-moving, high-EQ team.

Responsibilities

  • Attend customer calls 4-5 times per week and translate feedback into decisions and prototypes
  • Decide what to build now, push, or roadmap future work
  • Translate complex scheduling rules from diverse practices into platform capabilities
  • Develop working prototypes rapidly (often within days) to demonstrate value
  • Lead end-to-end deployments for customers, including EHR integrations and QA
  • Prototype features that address customer pain points and influence roadmap
  • Participate in pre-sales and build custom demos for large enterprise deals
  • Collaborate with engineering and product to prioritize and shape features based on customer feedback
  • Document learnings and communicate customer insights to the team

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of engineering experience
  • Comfort across full stack (frontend, backend, integrations)
  • Experience shipping real products and communicating with users
  • Strong judgment and decision-making without requiring detailed problem-specified tickets
  • Experience with Python is a plus
  • Ability to move quickly and work across multiple domains (customer context, product, implementation)
